Pi Kappa Alpha recruitment focuses on finding individuals who embody the values that define our chapter. Our chapter looks for individuals who align with four pillars that define the Pike experience: Scholars, Leaders, Athletes, and Gentlemen.Scholars: Academic success is a foundation of our chapter. Members are highly encouraged to pursue excellence in the classroom and support one another in their studies. Leaders: Pike develops leaders who make an impact in both the chapter and across campus as well. Through leadership roles and teamwork for accomplishing our object, members build confidence and skills necessary to lead. Athletes: Pikes value physical fitness and competition. Whether through varsity sports, intramurals, or personal fitness, members embrace an active lifestyle that promotes discipline.
